Ryder Cup winners Ian Woosnam and Paul McGinley will tee off three days of unrivalled action at Golf LIVE 2011, as the London Golf Club opens its gates to the world’s top talent, leading manufacturers and biggest personalities on May 20-22.
Fresh from their exploits on Tour, Woosnam and McGinley will join world class talent including Colin Montgomerie, Darren Clarke, Thomas Bjorn and Retief Goosen*, who will be passing on their expert tips on how to improve all aspects of the game from tee to green.
The professional masterclass theatres are one of many popular attractions for visitors to check out while they are at this year’s must-attend golf event.
With only a month to go until Golf LIVE 2011, Event Director James Goode is predicting a strong turnout. “We have assembled an outstanding group of professional golfers to attend this year’s event at London Golf Club.
“Golf LIVE offers a unique inside the ropes experience for visitors to watch, learn and interact with three major champions, two Ryder Cup aptains, as well as a team of professional golfers who share 125 European Tour victories between them.”
Other notable highlights include the Three Hole Pro Celebrity Challenge, which will see Montgomerie going head-to-head with Frenchman Thomas Levet and Nick Dougherty on Saturday, as well as World Long Drive champion Joe Miller, who will be sharing his breathtaking secrets in the Range Theatre throughout the show.
