Former European Tour winner Andrew Murray is running an Overseas Golf School in the Algarve, Portugal, on March 7-11.
Says Murray, also a golf course architect and TV commentator: “I have been fortunate to play at the highest level and won on the European Tour.
“My mentor over many years has been, and still is, the legendary John Jacobs. His philosophy like mine, is simple, “To understand ball flight and swing path.
“Come and join us and let me help your game too, in a friendly informative environment at one of Europe’s top courses.”
The details:
Day 1 –Mon 7th March -Arrive at Pinheiros Altos Golf Resort;
12 noon -Practice then 9 Hole Mix-up Competition;
Check in at Formosa Park Hotel.
Day 2 –Tues 8th March -Short Game & Putting Practice;
Lunch; 18 Hole Competition.
Day 3 –Wed 9th March -18 Hole Competition; Lunch;
Long Game & Putting Practice.
Day 4 –Thurs 10th March -Short Game Practice; Lunch
18 Hole Competition.
Day 5 –Fri 11th March -Depart
Costs to inc. shared twin room accommodation at the Formosa Park Hotel, dinner, bed & breakfast is £450 per person (not including flights, car Hire, lunch & beverages).
