Stars to turn out for Help for Heroes Golf day

Celebrities including top sportsmen and women join famous faces from TV, radio, stage and screen for the Help for Heroes Celebrity Golf day and Gala Dinner at Stoke Park in Buckinghamshire tomoprrow (apr 25th).
Destination Golf, in conjunction with Virgin Atlantic and a small collection of luxury boutique hotels and lodges in South Africa, are proud to be sponsors of the Star Raffle for the annual “Heroes National Celebrity Golf Day.
The event will see top celebrities, media and other partners in 27 Four Balls competing for the trophy whilst raising funds for our War Heroes.
There will be a strong military theme to the event including military bands, a special clinic for golfers, military hardware and presence and a flyby followed by a Gala Dinner.
The 7-night golf and safari prize holiday includes: A 2 night stay at Fancourt – South Africa’s premier golf resort on the famous Garden Route, including a complimentary round of golf per each day on either the Montagu or Outeniqua Golf Course; two nights at Steenberg in Cape Town staying in one of their amazing Heritage Suites with a complimentary round of golf and three nights’ safari at Little Garonga in the Limpopo Province, staying in their exclusive Hambleden Suite on a Full Board basis including all local drinks and game activities.
In addition to the Star Raffle there will be a “money can’t buy” Auction at the Gala Dinner – hosted by Jeffrey Archer, award-winning author, speaker and ex-politician. There are also some amazing prizes on offer for the players – including an Audi TTS Roadster Soft-Top for anyone who sinks “ a hole in one” on the 180 yard seventh!
