The Ryder Cup and Fantasy Golf are two of TG’s favourite things. The chance to win thousands of pounds worth of golf holidays and equipment for free is one of yours. So, we’ve put them all together and come up with…….TG Fantasy Ryder Cup 2012!
This fantasy golf game is a standalone game from the normal FG season and so anyone can enter and stand an even chance of winning.
You need to pick a team of six golfers using a budget of $15m, with at least two European and Americans. You can then make team changes between days, but not between foursomes and fourballs sessions on the same day.
Golfers score points based on their performances, with 10 points for a win and 5 points for a half in the pairs, and 20 points for a win and 10 points for a half in the singles. There are also bonus points on offer for the margin of victory, from one point for a one hole victory, two points for a 2&1 victory and so on.
The prizes on offer are sensational too. The overall winner will receive a trip for two for five nights to the 5* La Manga Club, which will include four rounds of golf and spa access. The runner-up will get to go to Italy for three nights and two rounds of golf, while third place wins three nights and two rounds in Portugal, at the Monte de Quinta resort.
The prizes go all the way down to the 50th placed competitor winning a £50 holiday voucher with YourGolfTravel.
