Take part in Macmillan’s Longest Day Golf Challenge

72 holes, 20 miles and 300 shots all before sun down, Macmillan Cancer Support has opened the registration for the Longest Day Golf Challenge. Regardless of age and ability, all golf enthusiasts are welcome to play four rounds of golf to raise money for people affected by cancer.

Last year over 800 teams used all their superhero powers and took to their local golf courses raising £787,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support.

The 2013 Longest Day Golf final saw the top four superhero teams battling it out on the luxurious Boavista Golf Resort, Portugal. It took sweat, stamina and a sense of humour to tackle the gruelling competition but, in the end, Macmillan crowned The Flashing Blades the ultimate golfing winners.

Once again, Macmillan are working closely with their partners at adidas Golf to bring together more golf fanatics and help them reach their goal of £1million this year. Boavista Golf Course, Portugal will be hosting the Longest Day Golf finals in October. Check out the course here: www.boavistagolf.co.uk
