We would all love to own our own golf course, but you can now get two for the price of one, plus the third largest hotel in the Bahamas all included.
The Grand Lucayan Resort has recently come on the market and is home to the signature Reef Club Golf Course, which is regarded as one of the best on the island.
The new owner will be in charge of the entire beach front complex, which is spread across 409 acres and is situated just 55 miles from the coast of Florida.
There are 1,271 guest rooms and another 726 in two all-inclusive wings.
The property also includes 23 suites, as well as 12 food & beverage outlets, a casino with 25 gaming tables and 195 slot machines, and 15,000 sq ft in retail space.
Sports facilities comprise three swimming pools, four tennis courts and a 25,000 sq ft spa and fitness studio.
If its just the golf courses you're after, bids for individual assets will be considered, albeit the existing owner would prefer to sell the complex as a whole.
If successful, you will need to pay an estimated $8 million to reopen the neighbouring Lucayan golf course, which measures 6,824 yards.
The good news is that the deadline to submit your tender for the sealed bid auction doesn't close until June 10.
The bad news is that you'll need very deep pockets to own the self-professed 'most beautiful resort in the Bahamas'.
Still, it's nice to dream isn't it?
