RYDER CUP 2020: Live stream of the action from Whistling Straits

As has become customary, the match will be staged across three days and five sessions, with a session of four foursomes matches and a session of four fourballs matches on both Friday and Saturday, followed by 12 singles matches on Sunday.

As the hosts, Steve Stricker and Team USA get to decide to order of the sessions for the opening two days and have chosen to start with foursomes.

The UK is six hours ahead of Wisconsin. Play at Whistling Straits got underway at 7.05am on Friday morning (1.05pm UK time) with the afternoon fourballs session beginning at 12.10pm (6.10pm UK time).

Saturday will follow the same format and timings, with Sunday's singles matches getting underway at 11.04pm (5.04pm) with 11-minute gaps between each tee time and the final match off at 1.04pm (7.04pm).

Padraig Harrington will announce his pairings for the Ryder Cup's opening morning's foursomes at the opening ceremony.

When is the Ryder Cup Opening Ceremony?

The Ryder Cup Opening Ceremony took place on Thursday, September 23 at 4pm (10pm UK time). During the Opening Ceremony, captains Steve Stricker and Padraig Harrington introduced the 12 players on each of their respective teams and the Friday morning foursomes pairings were announced.

When are all of the Ryder Cup pairings revealed?

Captains Stricker and Harrington revealed the opening morning foursomes pairings at the Opening Ceremony on Thursday.

The pairings for the Friday afternoon fourballs were then announced towards the end of Friday's foursomes, with the Saturday morning foursomes revealed at the conclusion of play on the Friday.

Saturday afternoon's fourballs will then be announced as towards the end of the Saturday morning foursomes session, with the 15 singles matches revealed at the end of Saturday's play.
