Daly doing well

John Daly, the bad boy of golf is enjoying his European Tour adventure after allegedly being kicked off the PGA Tour in America.
Daly arrived in Spain last week sporting some very loud clothing and a smaller waistline – thanks to a Gastric band.
He made the cut and finished tied 31st. This week he is doing battle in the Italian Open and currently lies tied sixth after two very respectable rounds of 69.
The 43-year-old is clearly keen to make an impression in more ways than one. Let’s just hope that at the end of his European jaunt, it’s the great golf that we’re remembering.
He is due to play at The Irish OPen and in the European Tour’s main event – The BMW at Wentworth, which starts on May 21.
