We will be bringing you the best, most motive, interesting and incredible imagery direct from Augusta National all week, right here in the picture gallery.

Wednesday’s highlights include Tiger Woods playing a final practise round, tennis ace Andy Roddick caddying for Zach Johnson and all the fun of the Par 3 Tournament.

Thursday sees the addition of images from the first round of tournament play, which featured Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus teeing things off and a stunning 65 from Rory McIlroy.

Friday was a day for the young guns as Rory McIlroy consolidated his lead and his playing partners Rickie Fowler and Jason Day moved up the leaderboard. There were also significant moves from Geoff Ogilvy and Luke Donald, but Martin Kaymer, Vijay Singh and Retief Goosen failed to make the cut.

Saturday is moving day and while Rory McIlroy was able to build his lead (his birdie putt at 17 will be the abiding memory of the third day’s play), a number of players forced their way into contention from the middle of the pack.

2009 Masters champion Angel Cabrera shot a 67 and Charl Schwartzel a 68 to get in the group within four of McIlroy. A shot further back are Luke Donald (who sported a questionable outfit on Saturday) and Adam Scott (making good use of the long putter).
