Dustin Johnson overpowered Jordan Spieth on the first play-off hole to win the first of the FedEx Cup play-off events at the Northern Trust
The 18th hole would have been an intimidating prospect for most, but DJ drove over the lake a huge 341 yards to give himself a clear advantage over Spieth- leaving just a lob-wedge in to the hole.
A perfect wedge shot set him up with a near tap-in birdie that saw the World no.1 regain his No.1 spot at the top of the FedEx rankings.
