There's a no running rule at Augusta National for a reason, as demonstrated by an over zealous security guard who almost took out Tiger Woods during the second round of the Masters.
Ironically, the security guard was trying to protect the 14-time major champion from the crowds after he hit his approach shot, but slipped in the wet conditions and clattered in to Woods.
Luckily, Woods was unhurt and managed to run it off on his way to carding a four-under 68 to finish one shot behind the leaders on six-under.
After the round, Woods conceded that it was an accident, and he was uninjured.
"It is what it is, accidents happen…..I’m good." Woods said.
