Graeme McDowell gets fitted out for the new Cleveland 588 RTX wedges on the range at Lake Nona Golf & Country Club with Cleveland Golf’s Product Manager, Dean Cracknell.
Cracknell takes McDowell through each of the new products in the 588 RTX wedges line-up as McDowell gets his first look at the new products for 2013.
The 588 RTX wedges have been dubbed as the new face of spin thanks to Cleveland golf’s breakthrough technology, the Rotex Face.
The Rotex Face is a directionally optimized form of laser milling designed to impart maximum spin on the ball from any lie, giving golfers control where they need it most.
588 RTX wedges also feature 16% larger U-Grooves to maximise spin on critical scoring shots – especially out of the rough, sand and in wet conditions. Available in both CB and bladed models, Cleveland Golf’s 588 RTX wedges offer the most loft and bounce options of any wedge currently on the market.
As seen in this video, Cleveland Golf is also the only manufacturer to carry wedge heads on their custom-fitting cart to enable you to try out all the possible combinations to find the perfect wedge for you game.
New for 2013 is Cleveland Golf’s wedge trade in promotion, which launched in March. The Trade-In promotion allows golfers to receive £25 or €30 off any new Cleveland Golf wedge by trading in their old model, regardless of the make or the age of the club they are trading in.
