Cleveland 588 MT irons

Next in the 588 irons family is the 588 MT or 588 Mid-Trajectory. One level down from the 588 Altitude, the focus is again placed on optimal feel, flight and forgiveness in every shot out on the golf course.

Moving away from the hybrid-iron set of the Altitude, the 588 MT features a constant blade length throughout the set and a blade height that progressively increases in the higher-lofted clubs.

Aimed at golfers of all abilities, the 588 MT irons showcase easy to hit longer irons blended with more traditional short irons. As with the 588 Altitude, the 588 MT irons feature a hollow headed construction and advance internal weighting to increase forgiveness and promote a lower centre of gravity. The forged club face of the 588 MT helps to enhance both ball speed and feel.

Feel from the club face is increased further in the 588 MT irons by a multi-material insert of polymer and aluminium. Inserted into each iron plaque, it dampens vibration at impact with the ball to give golfers a forgiving and consistent feel off the club face.
