With this exercise, you will increase the rotation of the body ready for the golf swing without having to stretch before you tee off. It also increases the communication between body parts that is essential in producing coordinated movement in the golf swing.
Start by seeing how far you can rotate initially. Then keep your eyes on your thumb throughout the movements. This is essential for the mobilisation to work. After the movements you should find rotating much more fluid and you will be able to travel further.
