One, two putting drill

Amateur golfers often struggle with their tempo and rhythm when hitting short putts under pressure due to excessive tension or anxiety, as TG Elite Pro Gareth Johnston explains in this brand new golf video tip.

A simple method to overcome this is to count ‘one’ and ‘two’ either out loud or in your head as you make the stroke. This takes your attention away from the nervy situation you’re in and focuses it directly on making a solid stroke with good tempo.
