There are very few golfers who bother to warm up properly before they tee off. I know, because I used to be guilty of that sin myself in my amateur days. Yet I can’t emphasise enough how important it is to loosen your golf muscles before you crunch that first drive of the day.
And that doesn’t mean having to set aside an hour on the range. My simple warm up only takes 10 minutes, yet it will definitely add 10 yards to your first tee shot.
