How can I get tickets for the 2024 Open Championship?

The ticket ballot for next year’s Open Championship will go live on Tuesday, June 27. Here are all the details you need.

Even though this year’s Open Championship hasn’t been and gone yet, you need to get in quick if you want to attend the 2024 Championship at Royal Troon.

To ensure that fans have a fair and equitable chance of being there, the R&A have announced that a ticket ballot will run from June 27 to July 25, which is two days after the conclusion of The Open Championship at Royal Liverpool.

The ballot will be available exclusively to members of The One Club, the free-to-join membership program. Fans can sign up to The One Club at any time and will be among the first to be notified when applications are open.

Cameron Smith is the reigning Open Champion.

Ticket prices for The 152nd Open have been frozen at current levels and will range from £95-£110 for an adult on Championship days. Practice day passes start from £25. Half-price discounts apply for 16-24-year-olds, while kids can go free when accompanied by an adult.

The 152nd Open Championship runs from July 14-21, 2024, but the lucky ‘winners’ will be notified throughout August and September. You can register your interest by visiting theopen.com/ticket-ballot.
