Two of us had a very pleasant round of golf at Holme Hall. Booking was easy using 2 fore 1. We arrived early, and were very ready to wait for our booked tee-time, but an opportunity arose to go off earlier, which we took advantage of. The course is relatively flat, but there quite a number of interesting holes, some of which had quite testing tee-shots involving driving through a relatively narrow gap. The greens were fairly fast, but not so fast as to be extremely difficult. Overall the course was in dry condition, with well defined fairways and greens. All staff that we met were friendly and helpful, as were the members.
Absolutly Fantastic!!!! Hidden away near illustrious neighbour Forest Pines, what a find. 100 years old this year, well mature fast greens, great set out. An absolute joy to play, thinking course, you dont always need the big dog here. Absolute bargain on 2 fore 1
