This naturally undulating golf course is set in the heart of 1066 country, three miles from the famous Battle Abbey built on the site of the Battle of Hastings.

Sedlescombe Golf Club is in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the golf course blends perfectly into its woodland surroundings.The lakes, ponds, bunkers and woodland on the 6,269 yard, par 72 golf course offer a challenge to the scratch golfer, while the average golfer will enjoy some spectacular golf with a variety of obstacles in one of the prettiest corners of England.

Sedlescombe Golf Club is home to The James Andrews School of Golf. The school offers intensive 2, 3 and 5 day tuition breaks for all standards from Beginner to Expert. These courses run 7 days a week all year round so you can improve your golf game at any time of year.

    been a member for 2 years, and i feel the course eventually gets a bit tedious, as it is quite easy. there are three or four good golf holes, but some are just short strait par 4s. condition is ok, but i feel the pricing is very steep for the actually quality of the course. could be kept better, but facilities are fantastic. about 10 good putting greens, a 70 yrd pitching green with bunkers, and a large floodlit range. lessons are also very good as they have many pros up there, but again are not the best prices. worth playing once or twice.
