Dingle Golf Links

What we say

The fact Dingle Golf Links, aka Ceann Sibeal, doesn’t quite make it into our top-40 golf courses in Ireland is a testament to the country’s strength in depth.

Scotland and England’s strength in depth is often praised, but what about Ireland’s? The fact ‘Dingle’ as it is known locally – the eponymous town is 20 minutes away on the peninsula on this corner of south-west Ireland – is just outside the top 40 of our Irish ranking tells you a lot about the quantity of the Emerald Isle’s quality.

Originally designed by the prolific Eddie Hackett, this 6,680-yard links sits beautifully in the natural linksland of the ‘Wild Atlantic Way’.

Noted for its fine fescue-covered undulating fairways, a stream meanders into play on 13 of the holes.
