Designed by local man Graeme Webster, this pleasant woodland course features water hazards on most of the front nine with the 8th an especially fearsome prospect. Just 363 yards off the backs, but you must first drive over a pond and find a safe landing spot on a fairway guarded by more water to the right and two bunkers to the left. Then, reach for a mid-iron and fire over more greenside water to a undulating green nested among bushes. A private club, you can play this manicured parkland by staying in four-star Meldrum House.
