Wincanton Golf Club

The length of Wincanton Golf Club’s golf course gives plenty of opportunity to open the shoulders, with the extra tees making interesting back nine holes from different angles to attack the pins. The finishing holes are overlooked by the racecourse grandstands with a challenging Par 3 18th to finish. 

The approach shots are demanding with the peril of the enormous hidden dangers guarding the greens. With the large undulating greens renowned for their speed and quality, just reaching the greens is not enough to allow the golfer to relax until the putt is dropped.

Wincanton Golf Course is a 9 hole doubled up to 18, par 70, measuring 6,266 yards. The course has a challenging layout for golfers of all abilities.

Set inside  Wincanton Racecourse, this accessible and quick 9 holes is open to everybody, with well maintained greens that are playable for golfers all year round. There is a well stocked Pro Shop and cafe serving coffee and alcoholic beverages.
