Tour Edge XCG Driver Review

Tour Edge offer a brand new multi-material construction with their top-of-the-range magnesium and titanium XCG model. The lighter magnesium not only saves weight in the crown and neck to optimise performance but this soft and responsive metal’s dampening qualities greatly improve the driver’s feel. This pure, solid feel at impact was quite noticeable compared to many tinny sounding drivers. With stylish design, fantastic ball fl ights and excellent distance this was among the best drivers on test, combining innovation and quality.

Pro Verdict: A powerful club with a fl at ter fl ight which rolls out to impressive distances. It is heavier feeling but is still incredibly responsive.
