What we say...

One of the odder shapes in the mid-mallet section but Daly’s reasoning that the parallel edges aid the eye certainly seemed to make sense. Our guys found it easy to keep the head square to target although Chris N didn’t like what he felt was a heavier putter.

Robin Daly has designed a Precision range of putters with a clever weighting system in the head and a flat sole that helps them sit perfectly square to the target.

The Precision 5 putter has been designed to promote a straighter putting stroke for more consistent accuracy.

By shifting the majority of mass to the heel and toe the sweetspot of the putter is enlarged and the putter head becomes more resistant to twisting.

This Bi Concave head shape helps the putter stay stable, balanced and encourages a smoother stroke, helping you strike putts square to the hole.

The final clever aspect of the putter's design is the v-shaped ridge along the back of the grip that helps you position your hands correctly and a steep ridge running along the back of the putter head to make it easy to line the putter up squarely to the hole.

Daly Golf Putters User Reviews

  • 5 out of 5 Amazing new technology - with great feel!

    By JohnnyAndrews

My local Pro got these in stock this month, and with a few minutes to kill before my tee time I picked one of these up - they are incredibly easy to set-up and the touch you can get from them is much better than my current 'soft feel' 2 ball. My main putting issues are with alignment, so this Precision 5 really helps thanks to the shape of the back of the putter and I really like the flat sole set-up. By putting it flat on the ground, you can just walk into the putt and then grip the putter. I find it really does put my hands in a consistent position. I bought it and took it out onto the practice green before my round - and won my match with several long putts rolling in! My alignment and distance control is much improved now and I am looking forward to not having to buy the drinks this season!
