What we say...

The high-end Nickent 4DX Ironwood has a steel body, titanium crown and a tungsten polymer inset to enhance feel. Solid tester feedback means we could be seeing a lot more from Nickent in the future.

2009 Review

As the self-styled ‘King of Hybrids’, our testers were looking forward to trying the Nickent 4DX ironwood and it’s easy to see why this club is loved by many Tour pros. Traditional looks were a winner and the distance was one of the best on test. It lost out a little in dispersion, with our testers struggling at times to control the power but this was a leader in every other category. Chris admitted it is the kind of hybrid he would go for because of the solid feel and penetrating flight. Nickent may be new in Britain but it looks like they are here to stay.
