Budget footjoys
For the price you can't really go wrong. They are Footjoys after all and that means you know you are getting a shoe you can trust. They are nothing fancy but do the job they were built for pretty well (don't expect them to last forever). They are comfortable enough but I find them quite roomy (fine lengthwise but too high) and a little difficult to tighten to grip the foot sufficiently. Worth trying on before you buy to make sure you get the right shoe for you.
