The Belfry, England’s home of professional golf, is offering visitors the chance to enjoy an overnight stay plus 36 holes of golf – including a round on the famous Brabazon course – for just £169.

The Belfry Driver package was originally available on Sundays only, but proved such a success that the four-time Ryder Cup venue has decided to widen the offer to six days a week from Sunday to Friday – giving more players that chance to enjoy world-class golf and hospitality without breaking the bank.

And with the Midlands resort continuing to invest in its facilities despite the economic downturn, there has never been a better time to visit.

“Many of our competitors have reduced their spending over the last year but we have carried on investing, especially in our courses,” said Gary Silcock, Director of Golf.

“The results speak for themselves, with the courses looking spectacular and business going very well, and we are continually receiving positive feedback from our customers.

The Belfry Driver includes rounds on The Brabazon and The Derby courses, dinner in the Atrium restaurant, overnight accommodation in the four-star hotel, full English buffet breakfast and use of the leisure facilities.

Guests staying on a Thursday or Friday night will also receive free entry to the Bel Air nightclub. A second package, which features golf on The PGA National and The Derby courses, is also available for £125 per golfer.

To book a Belfry Driver package call the Reservation Team on 08709 00 00 66 or book online at www.thebelfry.com and use the promotion code TTT.

Exceptional drivers can also be found in abundance at The Belfry’s National Custom Fit Centre, which can custom fit golfers with new clubs from nine of the leading brands – more than any other venue in Europe. For more information call 01675 470301.

Incidentally, both the PGA National and Derby courses at The Belfry belong to 2-FORE!-1 and therefore offer half-price golf on certain days and times.

* Prices for the Belfry Driver are based on two people sharing a twin room. Handicap certificates are required.
