At last the new golf season is fast-approaching and to mark the occasion Today’s Golfer has hand-picked nearly a hundred of the best value courses in the land.

Hadden Hill, Oxfordshire

Meyrick Park, Bournemouth, Dorset
Has been around since 1894 and is the oldest municipal course in England. Your rounds gets off to a memorable start with a par-3 measuring over 240 yards!
North Downs, Surrey
It’s 110-years-old and you’re guaranteed a real rollercoaster of a round – the course is 850ft above sea level and as a result provides glorious panoramic vistas.
Chartham Park, West Sussex
Chartham was designed by Neil Coles and is just over 20 years old, the course dramatically plotted between mature trees and lakes.
