Top Algarve course set to re-open

The refurbished Laguna course in Vilamoura in the Algarve is set for completion in the next few weeks.
The Laguna is one of seven Oceanico courses in the region, the others including the famous Old Course and the Arnold Palmer-designed Victoria layout.
The course that has played an integral role in providing first class golf and a major part in creating an unrivalled Oceânico golf experience to visitors and locals has seen re-grassing programmes, extensive top dressing to fairways improving quality and playability as well as an elaborate tree remodelling programme to further enhance the layout.
‘This is the first phase of a 3-year plan that will see improved surface conditions and a fresh overall look to the Laguna course.
