There’s a great winter all-inclusive deal on offer at leading Wiltshire venue Bowood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort near Chippenham.
From just £34 per golfer until the end of March, players will discover one of the finest courses in the south of England, weaving through 200 acres of Capability Brown’s mature woodland.
There’s coffee on arrival, 18 holes and a one-course meal (either full English breakfast or a choice from the Clubhouse Brasserie’s ‘Winter offer’ lunch menu) while Golf Society members will enjoy a three-course meal served in a private suite with packages available from £36 (certain restrictions apply over the Christmas and New Year periods).
Designed by Dave Thomas, the course features a superb variety of holes including several tree-lined and numerous doglegs, as well as strategically-placed bunkers and water features.
A former farmhouse has been converted into a smart clubhouse in which a well stocked Pro-Shop and the stylish Clubhouse Brasserie are also featured.
Golfers considering an overnight stay at Bowood can make the most of the 43 bedroom Bowood Hotel & Spa that is set back from the course and nextdoor to the clubhouse.
