Cruise and golf event in Brittany

Brittany Ferries and well known charity, The Lord’s Taverners, have come together in a fund-raising golf tournament in France this Spring with an entry price of only £99 per person.

This includes a crossing with car from Portsmouth to St Malo overnight on Monday 19th March on board the luxury cruise-ferry, Pont Aven; a round of golf at one of the top-rated courses near St Malo on Tuesday 20th March; prize-giving on board that evening before cruising back overnight to Portsmouth arriving Wednesday morning.

The Lord’s Taverners is well known for its charitable activities that give young people, particularly those with special needs, a sporting chance.

This event promises a great day’s golf in one of the high quality courses to be found around the pretty Breton port of St Malo as well as the opportunity to raise funds for a worthy cause.

Pont Aven is the pride of Brittany Ferries’ fleet and the leisurely overnight crossings give plenty of time to enjoy a really good dinner freshly prepared by French chefs and a good night’s sleep in a comfortable cabin with en-suite facilities.
