They’re having a snow ball at Ramsdale Park

If you’re prepared to brave the freezing temperatures, you can take advantage of a FREE game at popular Nottinghamshire 2-FORE!-1 venue Ramsdale Park

The club’s dedicated staff have been hard at work clearing the snow on the Par-3 Lee Course in order to offer the region’s golfers a game free-of-charge.

The usual green fee of £9 has been waived for the nine holes of the short course that have been cleared for golfers to enjoy. Visitors can also take advantage of the public pay-and-play facility’s 25-bay covered and floodlit driving range, as well as the relaxed and welcoming clubhouse.

Ramsdale Park – part of BGL Golf, one of the UK’s leading golf course operators – boasts the Lee Course, which features 18-holes ranging from 100 to 207-yards long in addition to the outstanding Hawtree-designed Seely Course laid out in the picturesque Notts countryside.

Nick Birch, Ramsdale Park’s General Manager, said: “Golfers are always disappointed to see snow as it usually means closing the course.

“Thanks to the tireless work of our greenkeepers, we are pleased to offer Nottingham’s players the opportunity to try our cleared holes free-of-charge. Just make sure you wrap up warm!”
