Las Colinas Golf & Country Club, one of Continental Europe’s top 100 golf courses is celebrating the launch of the International School of Falconry Las Colinas with the announcement of the Falconry Experience package, to master birdies of a different nature.
From a privileged position just south of Alicante in the region of Valencia, guests can learn one of the oldest and most noble sports in a relaxed and memorable environment, complemented by all the refinements of Spanish sporting hospitality.
The exclusive Falconry Experience at Las Colinas consists; two nights’ accommodation in a luxury two bedroom apartment, breakfasts both mornings at the sophisticated UNiK CAFÉ and a 60-minute falconry experience which involves a walk for four adults and two children with two birds of prey, all for €97 per person.
The school is managed by a team of professional falconers, experts in rearing, training and handling birds of prey, which at Las Colinas includes hawks, falcons, owls and goshawks.
Throughout the 60-minute introductory session instructors will lead guests along a trail through the natural Mediterranean shrubs where they will learn basic techniques and fly one of the trained hawks, discovering the joys of an ancient art.
Suiting the designs of the discerning traveller, the Falconry Experience package includes luxury accommodation in the two bedroomed apartments at the Las Colinas Residences.
Offering a world apart experience, the apartments have been created with the natural environment at front of mind and quality and privacy are inherent in their design. Idyllic in their location, the apartments have either private gardens or extensive terraces and are served by green spaces and communal pools.

The Cabell B. Robinson designed par-71, 6973 yard championship course lies along the picturesque valley of citrus trees and woodland and is home to perfectly manicured fairways and putting surfaces with inspiring views over the coastline.
