new golf credits system launched on good friday

This Friday (March 29th) Panshanger Golf Complex in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, will be launching their innovative new Golf Credits system.
Designed with the casual golfer in mind, users will be able to pre-pay for Golf Credits which can be redeemed at any time at the 18-hole, par 72 Championship course.
The Golf Credits are available for all budgets and there are huge savings to be made. Prepaid credits start at just £85 for 30 and rounds can work out up to £11.50 cheaper than the standard green fee.
Richard Martin, Manager at Panshanger Golf Complex, said: “We know that golfers would play as much as they could, but sometimes life gets in the way. We feel that the Golf Credits system will be a brilliant option for those who want to play often and get value for money, but may not want to commit to a membership.”
“We wanted to make the Golf Credits as user-friendly as we could, so the credits can be redeemed 7 days a week and there are several different options to suit a range of budgets,” Richard continued.
To reflect the different prices of rounds of golf at Panshanger, different times of the day and week have been given different credit values. For instance, a round between dawn and 12.30pm on the weekend will use ten credits, whereas a round between 6.00pm and dusk during the week will only use two credits.
Just two miles from Welwyn Garden City and nestled within the Mimram Valley, Panshanger has been cleverly designed to provide a challenge to experienced golfers whilst also encouraging beginners and is now one of the UK’s most highly regarded public courses. The course is open to the public seven days a week.
As well as the 18-hole golf course, the venue also offers a Par 3, 9-hole Pitch & Putt course and squash courts. The Fairway Tavern Public House doubles up as the clubhouse.
