Château des Vigiers Golf & Country Club (pictured) is a wonderful stayand play venue, an internationally renowned luxury Hotel, Golf and Spa situated in the Dordogne Périgord region of South West France.
It dates back to the 12th century and is set amidst the famous vineyards of this beautiful and unspoiled region, being conveniently located just 25 minutes from Bergerac Airport and about an hour east of Bordeaux.
The Donald Steel-designed course opened in 1992 and is considered an excellent test of golf with a great combination of holes.
