Titleist 909 Fairway Woods

Think of Titleist fairway woods and you conjure up images of high performance better player clubs that are harder to hit than some game improvers – well you can think again with the launch of the Titleist 909 F2 and Titleist 909 F3 fairway woods.

The all-new fairway woods for the 2009 season have been developed to produce mid-to-high spin rates, which means that for the avereag golfer the Titleist 909 F2 fairway wood makes it easier than ever to get the golf ball off the floor! Never a bad thing in our book!

The Titleist F3 fairway wood has been designed along the more traditional Titleist line to promote a penetrating ball flight, loved by the better golfer.

That is how Titleist described the Titleist 909 F2 and F3 woods at least and we were one of the first to hit the finished version of the club so our test team could pass on their verdicts to you. We also spent time with golfers to gain their initial feedback and you can see what we thought on the video below.

Both the 909 F2 and F3 are available in the following lofts: 13.5°, 15.5°, 18.5° 13°, 15°, 18° and will be availablein the shops this autumn.
