If you liked the look of TaylorMade’s innovative R9 driver then you’re going to love the latest big dog to come off the production line – this is the TaylorMade R9 460!
It combines TaylorMade’s new Flight Control Technology (FCT), which features in the regular R9, and a 460cc titanium clubhead for added forgiveness.
In comparison to the R9, the 460 version obviously has a larger head and deeper clubface, but also benefits from a lower and deeper centre of gravity – this helps to increase the MOI in the product which gives the golfer that enhanced forgiveness.
The FCT gives the golfer the ability to easily change the club’s face angle, loft and lie simply by loosening a bolt in the sole, rotating the shaft into one of the eight positions and then tightening the bolt!
