Nike VR Black Oxide wedge pulls no punches

Nike have launched a bold Black Oxide wedge in its VR range – which is guaranteed to get pulses racing.
There’s no doubt the VR wedge looks special and if it performs even half as well then it’ll be a worthwhile addition to any bag.
But it’s not just about the looks – the forged clubhead features aggressively-milled grooves while the CNC-milled flat face ensures uniform ball compression for a more consistent flight.
The Black Oxide finish is also there for a reason, other than to look pretty sexy. It is designed to reduce glare in bright light – meaning all you have to worry about is spinning the ball back towards that pin with your approaches.
The wedge is available from November with an RRP of £95.
