New Bumpjump putters launched

An innovative new concept in putter design has been launched by UK company Bumpjump putters.

The new putters feature a raised face which sits about half a centimetre off the ground at address and impact.

This means that no debris, such as dirt, sand and water, can come between the striking face and the ball while the putters cannot be stubbed, even when coming in at a sharp angle.

The raised face also promotes a natural topspin for a great roll and it makes putting from the apron much easier.

The putters come in three models with three distinct weights. The “In the Hole” design is a mallet putter is the heavyweight model while the Albatross is a mediumweight mallet. The Green Machine is more of a blade design and is for golfers who prefer a lighter model.

Bumpjump have also launched a chipper which they say is unshankable because the face is in front of the hosel. It also features a convex face.
