Video review: PING i15 irons

For many better players the key to a good iron is the right blend of forgiveness and workability and few manufacturers have done it as well as PING – including the latest instalment in the i Series, the i15.

They feature progressive offset and cavities throughout the set to make the shorter irons more playable and the longer irons more forgiving. The result is a club that allows the player to do everything a traditional blade will do, including the ability to control ball flight and trajectory, while retaining an air of forgiveness on your poorer days.

TG’s gear duo Jonathan Greathead and David Connor took the i15s down to the range to see how forgiving they could be and you can see the results on the video below.
