Ernie Els’ winning bag at the Arnold Palmer Invitational

Callaway staff player Ernie Els has catapulted himself among the favourites for the US Masters title after winning his second PGA Tour event in succession at the Arnold Palmer Invitational.

The South African finished at 11 under par to take the title, two shots clear of his nearest rival. The last four holes were played on Monday following a rain delay and those final four holes included three impressive up-and-downs for Els.

It is his second win of 2010 and his second since putting the FT-9 driver into play at the WGC CA Championships at Doral – which he won!
