Wilson trusts PING for PGA Tour win

Mark Wilson used his PING equipment to great effect as he claimed victory at the Waste Management Phoenix Open.

The American, who was using an i15 driver and i15 hybrids, holed out with his trusty Karsten Anser for birdie on the second playoff hole to beat off the challenge of fellow-American Jason Dufner.

Wilson has now earned an invitation to the US Masters in April, to which he said: “I guess my plans have changed again. Now I get to play all the Majors and the Match Play. I am just riding the train as long as I can. This is the best golf I’ve played in my life.”

In addition to the i15 driver and hybrids, Wilson was also using the famous i10 irons and Tour-S wedges.

The win in Phoenix was the second in as many weeks for PING, with Bubba Watson triumphing at the Farmer’s Insurance Open last time out.
