Odyssey unveils new D.A.R.T putters

Odyssey have launched their new D.A.R.T range of putters that have been designed to make alignment even easier.
D.A.R.T, which stands for Direction and Realignment Technology, utilises a dart-like pattern on top of the putterhead which makes it easier to line up the putt to the target correctly, based on the brain’s ability to complete images that the eye doesn’t at first see.
“D.A.R.T works via a two-step process,” says Austie Rollinson, Odyssey’s Principal Designer. “First the eyes align the putter to the target using the straight lines on top of the putterhead. From there the mind’s eye completes the realignment by placing the apex of the D.A.R.T design at the centre of the ball.”
In terms of looks, the new D.A.R.T offerings obviously have a very distinctive design but all of the usual Odyssey quality you’d associate with their putters is still there.
The two new wands also feature the White Ice multi-layer insert that has been fine-tuned to enhance sound and consistency.
