Powakaddy Sport electric trolley unveiled

Powakaddy have launched their new PK Sport electric trolley as their flagship model for 2011.

The new Sport features a new handle design and a speed control roller, a feature which proved extremely popular on previous Powakaddy trolleys.

It has been introduced to replace the Powakaddy Freeway II trolley and features the same slimline and sporty frame as well as the easy three-way folding mechanism.

But the big external change is the introduction of the speed control dial, which is designed for both left and right-handed players. It also comes with a with a fully-integrated LCD display screen, and a separate Digital Distance Function (DDF) button allowing direct access to this feature.

As well as the standard 18 hole and 36 hole lead acid battery options the new PK Sport is available with top of the range, lightweight Lithium battery, which is 75 per cent lighter than standard lead acid batteries.

To further underline the quality and durability of the new PK Sport, PowaKaddy will be offering an extended 2-year warranty period. The PK Sport will retail at £429 (18-hole lead acid battery), £479 (36-hole lead acide battery) £649 (Lithium battery), and £729 (Lithium EBS) and will be available from April 2011.
