Titleist's AP2 irons have been widely-used on both the European and PGA Tour by some of the best golfers in the world, and now Titleist have improved on them with the launch of the new 712 AP2 irons.

The irons have been designed to be more playable than before, with the MOI being increased by 7% but with no loss of workability or control favoured be skilled golfers.

Titleist engineers have also reduced the sole widths in shorter irons for cleaner contact with the turf.

The irons have a slightly squarer appearance than the previous AP2s, and also benefit from progressive offset through the set.

The new 712 AP2 irons will retail at £114 per club in steel and £130 per club in graphite.
