Paul Lawrie in the bag: winning Qatar Masters clubs

Scotsman Paul Lawrie sealed the seventh Tour victory of his career at a windswept and shortened Qatar Masters.

It is the second victory for Lawrie inside a year after returning to use Wilson Staff irons – the brand with which he won the Open Championship in 1999.

He used the Wilson FG Tour  irons as he mastered the wind in the 54-hole event in Qatar – the second time he has won the event with his first victory coming just months before he claimed the Open title in 12 years ago.

As well as the clubs he had in his bag, Lawrie also wore the Bioflow Sport wristband, which is said to to aid healing, alleviate pain, improve circulation and help with many other conditions including arthritis, sports injuries, high blood pressure, skin complaints, fatigue syndrome and general aches and pains. As well as Lawrie, Lee Westwood, Thomas Aitken, Chris Wood, David Horsey and Christina Kim all wear the Bioflow wristband.
