Srixon Soft Feel golf ball gets 2020 upgrade

The new Srixon Soft Feel and Soft Feel Lady golf balls.

Srixon launch the softest and longest versions of popular two-piece Soft Feel and Soft Feel Lady golf balls for 2020.

Srixon Soft Feel and Soft Feel Lady have been given an upgrade for 2020, with the brand promising the longest version of their hugely successful two-piece golf balls to date.

This is the 12^th generation of the low-compression, two-piece ball with Srixon saying the new models have their softest FastLayer Core yet.

That core is also more resilient, snapping back into shape more quickly after impact for added ball speed, while dramatically reducing long game sidespin for increased accuracy off the tee and on approach shots.

“With this new model, we’re excited to give golfers our longest Soft Feel golf ball to date, in a ball that maintains the signature feel golfers expect from a Soft Feel,” said Lionel Caron, Srixon Sports Europe’s Chief Sales & Marketing Officer.

A 60 compression and 0.063-inch cover in the Soft Feel and 58 compression and 0.057-inch cover in the Soft Feel Lady combine to provide distance off the tee and increased greenside spin.

All models feature Srixon’s 338 Speed Dimple Pattern, which is designed to reduce drag at launch and increase lift to help deliver a longer, straighter flight, especially in windy conditions. The balls are designed to suit all swing speeds.

Srixon hope the new models will help build on an excellent year for their golf ball business having seen a 30 per cent growth in year-on-year market share to date.

Soft Feel will be available in Soft White and Tour Yellow at, with Soft Feel Lady available in Soft White and Passion Pink.

Srixon Soft Feel and Srixon Soft Feel Lady golf balls go on sale priced £24.99 per dozen on November 1 and October 1 respectively.
