Launch Of Major Golf Event!

The International Golf Festival will take place at the prestigious Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Malaysia (KLCC) on January 22nd-24th 2010.

This exciting new concept event will include a three day exhibition open to the general public, running alongside a two day trade conference plus a trade golf tournament.

The exhibition will take over halls 1 & 2 at the KLCC, and will include local and international exhibitors covering equipment, tourism, golf courses, real estate, fitness and holidays.

Hands on activities will include numerous coaching nets, driving bays, putting areas, simulators, demonstrations and a major retail area.

The trade conference theme is ‘How to improve the bottom line!’ and will focus on tourism, real estate, management and youth development. Key note speaker will be David Spencer, the creator of the Race to Dubai and the world’s biggest prize the Dubai World Championship.

The festival is sponsored by the Asian Golf Course Owners Association, Golf Asian .com , Club Managers of Malaysia, MST Golf , Golf Asia and Par Golf.

Organiser Mike Bridge from Worldwide Conferences and Events said’ Malaysia with its successful Maybank Malaysian Open and over 200 golf courses ranging from city centre to beach side locations is a golfers paradise.
