Justin Thomas has become the latest first-time major champion with a two-shot victory at the 2017 PGA Championship thanks to a final-round 68
Thomas, who joins Brooks Koepka and Jordan Spieth in becoming the third American in a row under the age of 30 to win a major championship, needed just a tap-in bogey at the final hole to secure a two-shot victory over his nearest challengers.
In an afternon that felt almost impossible to predict at times, Thomas produced moments of magic and was gifted pieces of luck deserved of a major champion - but also put together flashes of brilliance with a chip in on 13 and clutch putt on 16 to rise above the chasing pack.
It was huge drives and accuracy around the greens that led him to his first major title, but what was in the bag of the newest PGA Championship winner?
