An easy way to get the correct grip pressure is to hold a tube of toothpaste in your hands. You want to grip the toothpaste tight enough that the tube is firmly in your hands without any paste squeezing out.
Next time you're in the bathroom practise gripping the tube of toothpaste and then transfer this same feel to your putter grip. It's guaranteed to improve your feel and touch for putts.
